My wife and I were driving home from Seattle when a cab driver made an improper lane change and collided with our car. When we got out of the car, the cab driver tried to say that the accident was our fault and he denied responsibility when the police came.
I was slightly injured, but my wife's injuries were more serious. I realized that the case was not a huge case but I called Thad to represent us anyway because the insurance company for the cab company was giving us the run around.
Thad pursued our case just like it was a big case. When the case went to arbitration, we received a more than fair award from the judge, who was really impressed with the way that Thad presented the evidence in the case. The size of the case didn't matter to Thad. He only knows one way to pursue a case, and that is with everything he has.
